Kirsten Pipe has decades of combined machining and design experience. We specialize in 2D and 3D CNC machining and our experience includes prototyping and manufacturing. Kirsten Pipe is also experienced in reverse engineering existing parts and can produce quality detailed drawings upon request. We employ modern Computer Controlled machine tools and offer a full range of machining services including CNC milling and turning, grinding, drilling, deburing and assembly. We have experience in all types of metals and plastics, from Acrylic and Delrin, Brass and Aluminum, to stainless and hard tool steels including superalloys. After almost 50 years the smoking Kirsten pipes are still produced by Kirsten family faithfully following the basic designs of Profesor F.K. Kirsten.

Kirsten Pipe can take your CAD files or drawings and produce CNC-machined prototypes or short production run parts in a matter of days, sometimes hours. Send us your part files in any common CAD format. If no files are available, Kirsten Pipe can also accept hand-created drawings or even sample prototypes. Upon request we can create professional computer-created drawings for you. Select your material and discuss your production needs with Kirsten Pipe. We are readily accessible by phone, email, or fax. We will happily provide price quotes for all work requested. Kirsten Pipe will program toolpaths and CNC machine precision parts to your specifications. Your parts can be shipped overnight to anywhere in the U.S. or picked up at our shop if desired.
